I did this hike along with people young enough to be my grandchildren! I took this photograph at 5050 metres (16568.24) Vinicunca, also called Montaña de Siete Colores, Montaña de Colores or Rainbow Mountain is a mountain in Peru with an altitude of 5,200 meters above sea level. It is located in the Andes of Peru, in the Cusco Region.

I was the oldest hiker there, most of the kids could have been my grandchildren! I took a small pony most of the way up and back, but I did hike up the last 1/2 hour up and then back from the point where I took this photo! The kids were very helpful and protective of me!
